DESCRIPTION:Dear RRCAT STAFF CLUB MEMBERS\,\nRRCAT STAFF CLUB proposes to s
 et up a Movie club as a welfare activity. A committee for management of mo
 vies club is proposed to be set up to give guidance on how to form and run
  the movies club. The attached note gives terms of reference for the commi
 ttee for this purpose. Those RRCAT staff club members who are interested i
 n joining the committee may apply to Shri R K Nathwani (rakesh@rrcat.gov.i
 n) for inclusion as members of the committee for management of the movies 
 club. As stated in the note\, the committee will look at the modalities of
  how to start a movie club and take policy decisions regarding the screeni
 ng of movies. The person who wants to be part of the committee should have
  good knowledge about films(Hindi\, English and regional languages). He sh
 ould be able to dedicate sufficient time for the activity. The names of ap
 plicants will be screened to give representations to as many linguistic gr
 oups as possible. Some of members will be nominated members from RRCAT sta
 ff club.\nI request all of you who are interested in this activity to come
