 RRCAT Summer Camp 2019. \n“KRAV MAGA” is an Iseraeli self-defense system a
 nd is considered to be the most effective and practical form of self-defen
 se in the present day scenario. As a self-defense system\, it relies on si
 mple\, instinctive body movements rather than rigid techniques requiring y
 ears of training. It is easy to learn for men and woman of all ages.Krav M
 aga is a practical and tactical system which teaches how to prevent\, deal
  and overcome all kinds of violence and attacks.It’s a practical and real 
 life situation based technique.\nBenefits of Krav Maga\n\nReal and adaptiv
 e self defense\nAnti-Bullying\nAnti-abduction\nBuilds self-confidence.\nSt
 ress release.\nHeightened awareness of one’s surroundings.\nImproved physi
 cal well-being.\n\nKrav Maga workshop will be free of cost. Men and women
