On SBI Collect page, select 'Activity Payment' in 'Payment Category'
Select 'Other' in 'Activity' field.
Write your new CC No. in 'Application ID field'
Write "Associate Membership Payment" in Remarks Column

Kindly check Account details before payment. Fees once paid will not be refunded.

Upload payment screenshot along with UTR/Ref no. and payment date.

I also understand that the membership is on yearly basis and I need to renew my membership every year by paying prescribed yearly membership fees in advance.
