Dear RRCAT STAFF CLUB MEMBERS,
RRCAT STAFF CLUB proposes to set up a Movie club as a welfare activity. A committee for management of movies club is proposed to be set up to give guidance on how to form and run the movies club. The attached note gives terms of reference for the committee for this purpose. Those RRCAT staff club members who are interested in joining the committee may apply to Shri R K Nathwani (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) for inclusion as members of the committee for management of the movies club. As stated in the note, the committee will look at the modalities of how to start a movie club and take policy decisions regarding the screening of movies. The person who wants to be part of the committee should have good knowledge about films(Hindi, English and regional languages). He should be able to dedicate sufficient time for the activity. The names of applicants will be screened to give representations to as many linguistic groups as possible. Some of members will be nominated members from RRCAT staff club.
