I confirm that I have completed minimum 1 year of RRCAT Staff Club Membership and now wish to withdraw my RRCAT Staff Club Membership.

I understand that by withdrawing the RRCAT Staff Club membership I shall no longer be able to avail any of the facilities/services provided by the RRCAT Staff Club including the Cable TV and Internet. My subscription will be withdrawn by this month end.
